A Cullybackey man has been convicted at Ballymena Magistrates’ Court for claiming benefits he wasn't entitled to.
49 year old Samuel Adair of Killyless Road claimed over £4 100 Jobseeker’s Allowance, while failing to declare employment.
He was given three month prisons jail suspended for twelve months.
Adair is also required to repay the Department for Communities any outstanding money wrongfully obtained.
