Following the success of the series of free Business Breakfast Seminars delivered by Mid Ulster District Council at the start of this year, a further three will take place across the district in October and November.

The seminars will again focus on providing practical digital guidance and advice to businesses.

The first convention will explore 'Achieving Online Growth Using Your Website', and takes place on Wednesday 4th October in the Burnavon Cookstown from 8am-10.15am.

Breakfast will also be served from 7.30am for those attending.

The seminar will be delivered by 42 Digital, and they'll be teaching businesses how to attract more relevant traffic to their websites and convert that traffic into new customers.

Practical workshops will explore the fundamentals of Search Engine Optimisation and the Essential Elements of an Effective Website.

Two leading digital experts, Barry Adams of Polemic Digital and Robert McKnight, eCommerce and Digital Marketing expert, will share their knowledge and expertise; while answering questions during a 40 minute panel discussion.

Daryl Conway, 42 Digital says they're delighted to be bringing the experts to Cookstown:

Clara Maybin, Digital Marketing Executive for successful Mid Ulster company, BA Components, will share their digital success story and provide insights into how to achieve growth online.

Councillor Kim Ashton, Chair of Mid Ulster District Council has welcomed the return of the Digital Seminars:

"It is very clear from the large number of businesses that attended these seminars at the start of the year that there is a huge demand for, and interest in them.

"Local businesses are keen to receive practical advice and guidance about how they can maximise the opportunities offered by digital channels.

"The council is keen to support Mid Ulster businesses' growth aspirations by helping them explore what digital has to offer and how to introduce new technologies to stay ahead of the competition."

Daryl Conway, 42 Digital explains,

“We are delighted to be bringing two of Northern Ireland’s leading digital experts to the Burnavon to provide advice and insights into some of the practical steps businesses can implement to improve the performance of their website.

"We are also going to hear about BA Components’ remarkable digital transformation over the past three years which culminated in winning the 2017 Best B2B Campaign at the DANI Awards.”
