Dungiven bypass news follows opening of Magherafelt project

The Magherafelt bypass was officially opened on Thursday

The Dungiven bypass will go ahead in 2018. That’s the message from Infrastructure Minister Chris Hazzard.

The news comes only days after the official opening of the Magherafelt bypass.

It's been welcomed by commuters.

The project which aims to alleviate congestion around the town, has cost in the region of £35m pounds.
