Feet first! Driver stopped in Dungannon, on suspicion of drink driving

A driver has been stopped by police on suspicion of being three times over the drink drive limit.

He was stopped while driving along Bush Road in Dungannon.

The police have posted a photo of his shoes lying outside a custody cell on Facebook.

It’s a timely reminder to drivers of the importance of not getting behind the wheel.

The post reads: ‘He is currently in a cell and can expect a trip to the Magistrates Court in the near future.’
