Police have taken to social media to show a "small sample" of some of the fireworks seized in Pomeroy and Coalisland last night, Halloween 2017.
Their DST and PST teams have been working in the run up to Halloween, to keep communities safe particularly from fireworks and young people who misuse them or use them for anti-social behaviour.

A spokesperson for the police said:
"Despite all the warnings and information surrounding such illegal items, Police still recovered large amounts of fireworks and have removed them from our streets.
"Parents, did you know where your kids were on Halloween night?
"Clearly some of you didn't nor indeed didn't realise the danger your kids were putting themselves and others in by throwing fireworks at drivers, people's houses and the emergency services.
"#Keeping illegal fireworks off our streets."
A quantity of fireworks was also lifted in Clogher Valley and police say they're informing young people's parents:
