Former Magherafelt Sinn Fein Councillor dies

Former Magherafelt Sinn Féin Councillor Lughaidh Mac Giolla Bhrighde has died following an illness.

He was elected to the council in 1985 – and he also worked for many years in the Ambulance Service.

His last tweet was dated September 25. And in his Twitter biography, he states: 'Life is about living and not about waiting to die.'
