Four wildfowlers and their dogs have been rescued during an operation in the north west.
The group got into difficulty at the River Roe close to Lough Foyle last night.
Local emergency services were deployed along with a helicopter based in Prestwick, Scotland.
The men were waist deep in the water and the three dogs were paddling by the time they were reached.
They had been cut off by an incoming tide on mud flats at the mouth of the river.
The Coleraine Coastguard described the rescue operation on social media as an example of "great team work in action".
It was led by the Belfast Coastguard and also included teams from Ballycastle, Greencastle, and Portrush.
