The funeral of 26 year old Stephen Wilkinson also known as "Jaffa" will take place today.
The Ardboe man died suddenly in the early hours on Sunday morning, after he was struck by a car around 3.30am.
His funeral is expected to leave his home at Mullinahoe Road and head to the Church of the Blessed Sacrament Mullinahoe for 11am Requiem Mass.
That will be followed by the burial in the adjoining cemetery.
The local GAA club, Ardboe said the entire community are saddened by the news of Stephen's death and pass on any condolences.

The 26 year old driving the car involved in the incident was arrested at the time, however police are still appealing for those who witnessed the collision on Chapel Street in Cookstown.
Ulster Unionist Councillor Trevor Wilson has also expressed his condolences to the family of Stephen.
He says he was shocked by the news:
"Like the rest of the Cookstown community, I was shocked to wake up this morning to the news that another young life had been lost on our roads.
"Stephen Wilkinson who was only 26, and from the Ardboe area, was struck by a car in Chapel Street in Cookstown at about 2.30am on Sunday morning.
"My thought and prayers are with the Wilkinson family at this desperate sad time and my deepest sympathies are with the family and friends."
