Kickhams Creggan GAA club has raised more than £40,000 through their big breakfast at the weekend.

The money will support Fintan and Mary O’Neill - the young brother and sister who were knocked down after getting off their school bus in Staffordstown.

Fintan is recovering at home but Mary remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital. They are both pupils at St Patrick’s College in Maghera.

The cash will also go towards Antrim’s A&E department and the Royal Victoria Hospital’s intensive care unit.
