House prices in Mid-Ulster have risen.
They’ve gone up by two per cent over the past year and by 0.5 per cent over the first few months of the year.
The cost of buying a house in the area is now almost £125,000.
The latest house price figures have just been published by the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency.
House prices in Belfast dropped by 2.3 per cent, falling to an average of £116,000.
