Mid Ulster landlords own fewer properties than most other council areas in Northern Ireland.
A total of 3,600 private landlords registered in the area, own 5,600 rental properties.
That’s according to figures obtained by the Chartered Institute of Housing.
At an average of 1.6 properties per landlord, this is lower than the overall Northern Ireland average of two.
