Magherafelt Courthouse has been handed a lifeline.
It was one of six Northern Ireland facilities which had been facing closure.
The cost-cutting move was initiated by previous Justice Minister, David Ford.
But current Minister, Claire Sugden, reversed that yesterday - although she'll now have to find savings elsewhere.
