Little Zak Brennan has a very rare cancer.
His family has been told costs for a special treatment in the US are now higher than expected.
A chance at a permanent cure for the 4 year old who is living with neuroblastoma is £134,000.
Donations are at around the half way mark.
His dad Gareth says this is a last chance as his little boy's treatment at the Royal Victoria Hospital finishes in December.
The little boy from Dundonald was diagnosed with the condition just before his third birthday.
Hundreds of people have been fundraising to help Zak's family who says time is running out.
World boxing champion Carl Frampton donated a pair of boxing gloves to help raise cash.
Fundraisers are also being held to help in a final push for donations.
