PSNI has been receiving complaints about vehicles travelling the wrong way on Empire Avenue in Dungannon.
It's despite signs and a one way system for traffic flow in place.
The police says it's concerned about the "saftey issue" after a man was almost knocked down recently, as he wasn't expecting cars to be travelling in the opposite direction.
There's also concern for children living in the area.
PSNI has contacted the Department of Infrastructure and made its Traffic Liaison Officer aware of the situation, to request that signage and road markings are reviewed, that signs are easy to read, clear and understood.
