Man appears in court charged with rape in Portadown

A man charged with rape and two counts of sex assault in connection with an incident in Portadown has been remanded in custody.

The PSNI says the attack happened on Monday 4th June.

The 20-year-old has appeared before Craigavon Magistrates Court and is due back on Friday 29th June.
