A man arrested over the murder of a mother-of-two in Londonderry is currently unfit to be questioned, the PSNI has said.
Police launched a murder investigation after officers were called to a property in the Summer Meadows Mews area of the city on Saturday and found 28-year-old Amy Doherty badly injured.
Ms Doherty was taken to hospital where she later died.
A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder.
The PSNI has confirmed the man is receiving medical treatment and is not fit for police interview.
Ms Doherty’s funeral will take place on Thursday.
