A 42 year old man has been charged with riot in connection with disorder at Distillery Street in Belfast last month
The charged man will appear at the city's Magistrates Court on Monday 28th September.
A police spokesperson said: "As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service."
29 PSNI officers were left injured following disturbance in the area.
