Police are appealing for witnesses after a man in his 20's was "struck with a glass bottle" outside a pub in Coalisland.
The details have just been released but it happened in the Main Street of the town, in the early hours of Monday, 3rd Spetember.
The PSNI says the victim suffered head injuries as a result and was treated in hospital for non life-threatening injuries and received stitches.
Constable McCrossan says, " “It is believed there was a large crowd in the area at the time of the incident, so we would appeal to anyone who may have saw anything to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 929 3/9/18.
"Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime"
