A man in his early 40s has died in a house fire in County Meath.
Gardai say emergency services were called to a home in Kells around 8.15am this morning.
Two other people, a man and a woman in their 40s are being treated in hospital. They are understood not to be seriously injured.
Investigators are looking into how the fire started.
