A Man has been assaulted by a gang in Belfast.
It happened in the Donegall Place area of the city in the early hours of this morning.
Shortly before 2.50am police received a report of an ongoing altercation involving several people.
Police say the assailants were dressed in tracksuits and a 20 year old man suffered an injury to his cheek
The victim is receiving treatment in hospital.
