West Tyrone MLA wishes awaiting local young folk "every success" as GCSE results are released this morning.
When it comes to doing what you want to do "follow your heart", that's according to Sinn Fein's Barry McElduff.
He's urging young people receiving their GCSE results this morning not to waver when it comes to "fulfilling their educational or career path".
Speaking ahead of today's releasing of results, the Sinn Fein Education Spokesperson and Assembly chair of the Education Committee said:
“I want to wish everyone awaiting results every success.
“There is a lot of pressure on young people now a-days and I would tell them follow your heart, follow your passion.
“I anticipate once again this year there will be further improvements in literacy and numeracy."
He also added:
“I would also like to take this opportunity congratulate the role the parents and teachers play in educating our young people.”
