Mid & East Antrim Councillors request suicide strategy

Council officers are being asked to create a suicide prevention strategy.

The request is in a unanimous resolution from Mid and East Antrim Borough Councillors.

318 people took their lives across Northern Ireland in Twenty-Fifteen, many of them young people.

Councillor Stephen Nicholl says they need special support:
