Sinn Féin MLA Michaela Boyle has called for victims suffering from domestic abuse or violence to speak out and seek help.
The West Tyrone MLA was commenting after attending a DPCSP event, which focused on the issue of domestic violence.
She said she heard many "horror stories" from those affected:
