People's Park play area re-opens

The multi-play area in Ballymena's People’s Park, badly damaged in April's arson attack,has re-opened to the public.

It had been feared that the site would remain shut for most of the summer.

But after a major effort by Council workers, its climbing frame been now restored ahead of schedule.
