Ten children visiting Cookstown from their native Belarus are rounding off their three week holiday.

They’re here as part of the Chernobyl Children Appeal NI.

The Chernobyl region was affected by a radiation cloud from an explosion at the nuclear plant, 30 years ago.

Malachy Mullen from the Cookstown branch of the charity says the aim is to allow the children some respite...
