A PSNI spokesperson for the Mid Ulster area said their prison cells had a lot of use over the weekend, with a total of 25 arrests made for offences including assaults, domestic abuse, thefts, drink driving and illegal immigration.
258 calls were dealt with including:
31 x incidents of Anti-Social behaviour
15 x Road Traffic incidents including a five year old child being knocked down (recovering well), multi-vehicle collisions and escaped animals on carriageways
13 x assaults
13 x concerns for safety
The spokesperson included:
"We also dealt with burglaries, missing person, drug offences, incidents of criminal damage and uninsured vehicles from our roads.
"Throw in some parades, traffic management at a charity truck run as well as pubs and clubs public order duties and it was another packed weekend in Mid Ulster."
