Police issue top tips to prevent rural theft

Put locks on windows, mark all property and fit sensory security lights.

These are just a few top tips being circulated on social media to prevent rural theft.

Police say farms are often attractive targets because of the expensive equipment kept there.

They're encouraging farmers to check and double-check they've done all they can make it difficult for rural thieves.
