Police are renewing their appeal for information following last Monday's crash near Stewartstown.
They particularly want to hear from you if you were travelling along the Coagh Road between 8 and 9am.
A collision between a white Ford Transit van and a grey Seat Leon occurred in the vicinity of Ballyclog Parish Church.
The van was reportedly travelling on the wrong side of the road from the direction of Coagh.
