Quashed planning approval for a Portstewart hotel is simply a "bump in the road", says a veteran councillor.
Causeway Coast and Glens Planning Committee has now withdrawn permission for the £15 million hotel-resort near the North West 200 Paddock.
It's believed the dramatic u-turn was prompted by the threat of legal action from MLA Jim Allister, and others.
He has a holiday home nearby; but Alderman Norman Hillis says the move is unfortunate:
