Residents in Castledawson urged to be vigilant following thefts

Residents living in the Newbridge and Broagh areas of have been warned to be extra vigilant. 

It's following recent reports of burglaries from homes. 

Sinn Féin Mid Ulster took to social media, to release a statement on behalf of Councillor Peter Bateson. 

While he said a spike in rural crime is not unusual, especially in the summer months, it's important to take the correct precautionary measures:
