Resurfacing scheme to commence in Moy

A £120,000 resurfacing scheme in Moy is due to start on Sunday (6 August).

The resurfacing works comprise two sections:

  • Charlemont Street from the junction of Killyman Street for a distance of 150 metres
  • Killyman Street from the junction of Charlemont Street for a distance of 250 metres.

The works will provide a new asphalt surface and structural improvement.

Charlemont Street will be closed to traffic in both directions from 6am on Sunday until 6am on Thursday (10 August).

Killyman Street will be closed from 6am on Sunday until 6am the following Sunday.

Local access for residents and businesses will be facilitated during the works.

Diversions for southbound traffic from Dungannon and Moy will be via Blackwatertown, with northbound traffic from Armagh via Blackwatertown through Benburb to Dungannon.

Diversion for Killyman Street traffic will be via Charlemont, Ardress, Annaghmore and Killyman.

All diversion routes will be fully signposted.
