The Killeter Road in Castlederg is to be resurfaced.
The announcement has just been made by Transport NI.
The work will cost around £150,000.
The scheme will start on Monday 20 February and completion is planned for early April.
The resurfacing work will extend from Ferguson Crescent to Derg View - a distance of some 300 metres.
The road will be closed during the works. Access for residents and businesses will be accommodated.
A diversion route will be signed via the C675 Killeter Rd, C675 Mournebeg Rd, C674 Glashagh Rd, C674 Ganvaghan Rd, B72 Castlegore Rd, B72 Main St, C675 Ferguson Crescent and vice versa.
Motorists should expect delays and additional time should be allowed when planning any journeys.
