A seven year old girl has escaped serious injury after being hit by a car in Magherafelt on Saturday morning.
It happened in a supermarket car park on the Ballyronan Road just before noon.
It involved a dark coloured car.
The child did not sustain any serious injuries.
Police say a number of people who were in the area at the time, may have witnessed the collision.
They’re appealing for information.
