Police are treating an incident in which a property in Garvagh near Coleraine in County Derry/Londonderry was destroyed in a blaze as suspicious.
It is said the incident took place in the Brone Park area sometime before nine this morning.
It is also understood that a woman in her 90s who lived there was not present at the time and so was not injured.
MLA Cara Hunter says the incident has left the local community in shock, and is proving to be "deeply worrying":
