A man has been threatened with a suspected firearm during a robbery in Belfast.
The 19 year old was walking on Stranmillis Embankment on Thursday afternoon when he was approached from behind.
A man believed to be carrying a suspected firearm, threatened the man and demanded he empty his pockets.
He made off with a wallet containing a bank card and identity card.
The suspect is described as being a black and approximately 6’ tall in height.
He was wearing a white puffa jacket, light blue jeans, a black woolly hat and gloves at the time.
Detectives have appealed for information
