Three men being questioned on suspicion of dissident republican activity in the North West have been released unconditionally.
A 31 year old man was detained by detectives from Serious Crime Branch on Wednesday morning.
It follows the arrest of two men, aged 36 and 49 years old, in the Creggan and Balbane Pass areas of Derry on Tuesday evening.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said all three men were being questioned in relation to a shooting incident at a house in Derry on Thursday 5th January.
A man and woman were left 'badly shaken' but uninjured in the incident that saw two shots fired at the front of a house in the Ballymagowan area of the city.
