Three people and a puppy have been rescued after a fire took hold in Derry/Londonderry.
The flames started in Drummard Close at around 4:35am on Sunday morning.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service used breathing equipment and hoses to extinguish it.
NIFRS Group Commander Barry McDowell told Q Radio one thing in particular kept those inside from potential death.
