A house has been burgled at Grange Road in Toome.

It happened on Monday at around 4:15pm.

Two men pushed their way through the front door and made off with a wallet containing cash.

No one in the house was injured - however police say it was a distressing incident for those involved.

It’s believed the men made off on foot towards the main road.

One was wearing a baseball cap and jacket and the other had on a woollen hat.
