Two women are believed to be behind the theft of two banners advertising a charity truck festival.

They were removed from a display at the junction of the Knockloughrim and Glenshane Road.

The banners were taken at around 8:20pm on Friday, May 12th.

The two women are believed to have been in a black Ford Focus.

This event takes place on May 27th and 28th and it’s to help raise money for the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice.

Magherafelt police are appealing for information.
