A woman has been taken to hospital following an early morning incident close to the River Foyle.
Foyle Search and Rescue were deployed shortly after eight on Sunday over fears a person may have entered the water.
However, the woman was discovered within minutes, standing close to the river's edge.
She was brought to safety by volunteers working with the PSNI and taken to hospital.
