Ballymena-based Wrightbus is insisting it's financially sound.
It's just revealed a £276 million turnover in 2015, a rise of sixteen per cent. There are also a record 1 741 people on its pay role.
Union leaders are planning to meet Wrightbus management, following a leaked company memo. It suggested they were planning a freeze in recruitment.
