Camogie clash set for end of January

Slaughtneil’s camogie team will play Tipperary champions Burgess Duharra in the All-Ireland semi-final.

It’s been fixed for Inniskeen for Sunday January 29.

The camogs will follow in the footsteps of the club's footballers and hurlers.

They were also granted Ulster venues for their respective games against St Vincent's and Cuala in February.

The Monaghan venue is just over 170 miles from Burgess' location on the Tipperary/Waterford border.

For Slaughtneil the journey will rule out the necessity for an overnight stay before the game.
