The kindness of strangers has more than restored an elderly man's Christmas money after he was robbed last week.
The Cullyhanna man in his 60s was targeted last Tuesday after returning from the post office with his pension.
Thieves attacked him, emptied his pockets and locked him in the kitchen before raiding his home for more cash.
The crowd funding page was set up to help raise the £200 stolen from him.
So far £514 has been raised.
