A man, arrested in Strabane in relation to a Dublin gangland shooting, is to appear in court in Belfast today.
The 46 year old was detained over murder and firearms offences on Monday.
He was arrested under a European Warrant in connection with the murder of David Byrne at the Regency Hotel in Dublin in Febuary.
Mr. Byrne's murder at a boxing weigh in event is widely seen as a catalyst in the on-going Kinahan-Hutch gangland feud.
The suspect is due before Belfast Recorders Court on Tuesday September 10th.
