A 26 year old man has been arrested following a shooting in Derry-Londonderry in August.
A man was shot four times in the Lisfannon Park area, suffering injuries to his legs and stomach.
At the time police described it as "brutal and horrific".
Detective Sergeant Phelan said "We believe four masked men were involved in this brutal and horrific attack and we would ask for the community's help in identifying those individuals."
The suspect's been taken to Belfast for questioning after a planned search in Drumahoe this morning.
