Northern Ireland's victims commissioner says she's frustrated with the lack of progress on dealing with the past. 

Judith Thompson wants to see progress on an Historic investigations unit, Truth recovery mechanisms and an oral history archive. 

The five main political parties have met the Victims forum and say legislation should go through Westminster, with or without a Stormont Executive.
