Papers have revealed claims Ian Paisley contacted the Israeli ambassador to the UK about obtaining weapons for "border protection".

The DUP Founder was said to have been told "these things" could only be dealt with between governments.

Ian Paisley Junior says the claims are not credible.

The DUP North Antrim MP went on to say it's easy to attack someone who cant defend themselves.
