An 83-year-old man has been left shaken after a burglary in Banbridge.
It's reported to have happened in the Iveagh Walk area of the town last night.
It's believed three males wearing scarves around their faces, hats and coats entered the house at around ten.
The pensioner was held by one man in a chair in the living room, while the other two searched the house.
The men fled the house with a quantity of cash.
Sergeant Stephen Wilson said,
“I would appeal to anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area, or anyone with any information which could assist police with their enquiries to contact Detectives at Lurgan Criminal Investigation Branch on 101 quoting reference number 1599 26/08/17. Information can also be given anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
