People across Northern Ireland are now able to visit care homes twice a week from today.
It's due to updated guidance that allows for more frequent visits to all those in care settings - which also includes hospitals, hospices, and maternity units.
Northern Ireland's Commissioner for Older People Eddie Lynch is calling for care homes to stick to the rules:
