Coleraine remain six points clear at the top of the Danske Bank Premiership after Saturday's 3-1 victory away to Carrick Rangers.

Brad Lyons scored one of the goals, playing in a protective mask less than two months after having both cheekbones broken in a win over Linfield.

Second-placed Crusaders had Howard Beverland sent off as they beat Glentoran 1-0 in a feisty affair at Seaview.

The Glens welcomed back some players after injury and manager Gary Haveron was pleased with the improved performance...

The Belfast derby win keeps Crusaders ahead of Glenavon on goal difference.

The Lurgan Blues had defender Andrew Doyle red-carded and manager Gary Hamilton sent to the stands but still beat Ards 2-0 in Bangor.

Andy Waterworth was the Linfield scorer in their 1-0 win against Dungannon Swifts at Windsor Park.

Battling Ballinamallard went down 2-1 at the Ballymena Showgrounds. 

And Cliftonville had a 3-1 victory in Warrenpoint as Reds boss Barry Gray made a winning return to his former club.
